Hotel reservations: The cutoff date for making reservations if
July 10, 2004. Reservations made after that date will be on a space and rate
availability basis. Hotel reservations are made directly with The
Roosevelt Hotel by calling either (888) TEDDY-NY or (212) 661-9600 or by visiting
the hotel's Web site at www.theroosevelthotel.com. The room rate is $160
(single/double occupancy), plus 13.625% tax, plus an additional $2.00 per day
occupancy tax.
